Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within one business day, and may be shipped sooner when feasible.
- Delivery estimates for orders with free shipping are typically 3-5 business days.
- Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery services to Post Office Box or British Forces Post Office addresses.
- We regret that we cannot ship to N. Ireland, the Highlands, or other offshore UK destinations via Express Delivery. Additionally, we do not offer shipping to the Channel Islands. Extra charges imposed by courier companies must be passed on to the customer.
- Sunvis Limited is under no obligation to offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged if we reasonably believe they have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company.
- If you no longer need the item after it has been dispatched and delivery has been refused at address a return fee of £14.99 will be deducted from your refund. If you have simply changed your mind, please return the parcel at your own cost.
Deliveries to the following postcodes may incur additional charges due to their location.

- For express delivery, we will be using DPD Local with 24-hour delivery services. DPD will provide you with a time slot for your delivery.
- To ensure a Saturday delivery, please make sure you choose the correct delivery option during checkout. This service is only available for UK Mainland areas and must be placed before 10am on Friday.
- DPD Local will send you a text message with the exact hour of your delivery.
- The person who signs for the item must be 18 years of age or older
- The buyer must ensure that the goods they receive are in satisfactory condition.
- If your order arrives damaged or faulty upon delivery, we will happily exchange the product at no cost to you if the item is still in stock. If not, we will issue a full refund.
- You must report any damage to the delivery within 48 hours, or else we will be unable to file a claim with the courier.
- We may need digital photos of the items and their packaging.
- Faulty goods must be returned in their original condition, without damage incurred during the return shipment. In the event of damage caused during return transit, the customer may be held liable for the cost of the damage or any associated expenses.
- We will cover the return postage cost for any defective product, excluding any packaging costs.
- We do not supply parts; however, if a part is defective, we may request that you send it to us for an exchange.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving them.
- The goods must be returned to us in their original, unused condition, with all accessories, instructions, and packaging intact.
- We aren't able to accept products which are used unless they are faulty.
- Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns of Health & Beauty products if the product seal has been opened.
