Dispatch & Delivery

  1. Order Processing: All orders will be processed within 2 working days, striving for expedited dispatch whenever possible.

  2. Shipping Estimates: Free shipping delivery estimates are set at 3-5 working days. For Express delivery, Sunvis Limited utilises DPD with a 24-hour delivery option. DPD may provide precise delivery hour information via text.

  3. Recipient Age Requirement: The signatory for delivered items must be 18 years of age or older.

  4. Safe place deliveries: If you opt for delivery to a safe place location through our courier service, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that may occur once the order has been successfully delivered by the courier. By selecting this delivery option, you acknowledge and accept that the responsibility for the safety of your package transfers to you upon delivery.

  5. Parcel Forwarding: Sunvis Limited assumes no responsibility for orders or items reported missing or damaged if reasonably believed to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company.

  6. Goods Inspection: Buyers are responsible for checking the received goods for satisfactory condition upon delivery.

Faulty Items

  1. Exchange or Refund: Damaged or faulty items upon delivery will be exchanged at our expense if stock is available. Otherwise, a full refund will be issued.

  2. Reporting Damages: Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims for courier-related damage cannot be processed beyond this timeframe.

  3. Documentation Requirements: Digital pictures of contents and packaging may be required for processing claims.

  4. Return Conditions: Faulty goods must be returned in their original condition. Customers may be held liable for return transit damages.

  5. Parts Replacement: While we generally do not supply parts, we may request the return of a faulty part for exchange.

Return Policy

  1. Return Period: Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt at the buyer's expense.

  2. Condition for Returns: Returned goods must be new, unused, and complete with all accessories, instructions, and original packaging. Original postage and packaging fees are non-refundable.

  3. Return Authorisation: Prior authorisation is required for all returns.

Exclusions of Liability

  1. Force Majeure: Sunvis Limited will not be liable for losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control.

  2. Business Losses: Sunvis Limited is not liable for business losses, including but not limited to profits, income, revenue, use, production, anticipated savings, business, contracts, commercial opportunities, or goodwill.
